Where can I find the resources I purchased?

All our materials are stored with our dedicated network the Col-lective. You can use the navigation in the top right corner of every Col DC page but you can also try logging into our network, by clicking here.

Where can I find my invoice?

After each purchase, you'll receive a receipt to the email you used to make the transaction. If you're in a country that requires an invoice instead of a purchase receipt, you can email support@col-dc.com to request an invoice. Please keep in mind, we create these by hand, so it may take a few days to get back to you.

I can't access the Col-lective to view my materials.

First, your account is located in the top right corner of every Col DC page but you can also try logging into our network, by clicking here.

Second, you may have entered your email address differently when signing up and/or making a purchase. Please check the email address you signed up with and the email you purchase the materials with. If they are different then we can fix it for you. Email support@col-dc.com with your details to get your purchases transferred into the correct account. We will need to verify your details first, so please provide your name, email address, transaction date, and purchased product.

Finally, if none of these solve your problem then please email support@col-dc.com with your details to get your problem resolved.
