We will run our business like a PRO.

To run a business like a pro we will have pro attitude.

A Pro Attitude has 3 parts: 

  • Clarity,
  • Consistency and
  • Commitment.

PRO's are clear on the problem they solve, the value they offer & who they do their work for. They are clear on their goals and the steps they need to take to reach them. They take those steps every day, without fail. They have the commitment to stick with the plan long enough to see results. When they do see results they know how to analyse them and how to form a new plan.


To develop your PRO attitude we will work on 9 areas of our businesses.


01 - Shift mindset

Your business will never exceed your capacity to grow as an owner/entrepreneur.

  • We will grow ourselves to grow our business.
  • We will do the work that matters.

02 - Understand customer

Who are your customers? Answering, "anyone who pays us money," is a cop out.

Key Statements

  • We will narrow our audience.
  • We will know our audience.

03 - Establish offer

The yoga instructor, the corporate coach, the app developer–in every case, first figure out who you'd like to do business with, then go make something just for them. The more specific the better…

  • We will be change makers.
  • We will do work that matters to our tribe.

04 - Define brand


Average fades quickly.

Don't be average.

Key Statements

  • We will build more than a business, we will build a brand.
  • We will stand out 1/8th of an inch.

05 - Craft messaging

The reason we are being ignored is because we are not communicating clearly.

Key Statements

  • We will communicate clearly.
  • We will transform our customers.

06 - Create systems

In a world of complexity, process is key.

Key Statements

  • We will simplify our work, image and business.
  • We will leverage the tools available to us.

07 - Promote brand

It's not who you know, it's who knows you!

Key Statements

  • We will go to our tribe.
  • We will make our value known.
  • We will give more than we ask.

08 - Close sales

Sales is no longer about selling, it is about relationship building.

Key Statements

  • We will ask for the sale.
  • We will deliver value through out the sale.
  • We will follow up.

09 - Deliver more

Don't ever promise more than you can deliver, but always deliver more than you promise.

Key Statements

  • We will train our clients/customers.
  • We will deliver more than we promise.
  • We will create assets not work.

This Manifesto is always in draft and often updated as we learn from our successes and mistakes.
